•Lead debug analysis & repair team. •Perform preventive maintenance for all machine and equipment repair. •Analyze production failures through Oscilloscope & Spectrum Analyser, detailed RF testing, and consultation with engineering staff. •Communicate with SMT and Quality Team for process related matters. •Prepare and provide detail Analysis Report by Weekly and Monthly. •Track the PCBA Test Yield and narrow down the all the issues |
